Rule 53A
Permanent residence permit should not be obtained

(1) To obtain a permanent residence permit of any name such as Diversity Immigrant Visa (D.V.), Permanent Resident Visa (PR), Green Card or any similar nature provided by a foreign country to allow police personnel to live abroad permanently or such Do not apply for permission.
(2) Police personnel who have obtained a permanent residence permit of a foreign country or applied for such a permit before the commencement of this rule shall submit the following information to the information center within thirty days from the date of commencement of this rule:-
(a) Name, Surname, Service, Group and present rank of police personnel,
(b) The date and name of the country on which permanent residence permit was obtained or application for such permit was made,
(c) Whether he is willing to abandon the permanent residence permit he has received or cancel the application for such a permit.
(3) If the police officer giving the information according to sub-rule (2) has obtained a permanent residence permit within sixty days from the date of commencement of this rule, he shall abandon such permit or if he has applied for a permit, cancel such application and give the same information to the center.
(4) Before the commencement of this rule, if the spouse of a police officer has obtained a permanent residence permit or has applied for such a permit, the concerned police officer shall inform the center within thirty days from the date of commencement of this rule.
(5) After the commencement of this rule, if the spouse of a police officer applies for a permanent residence permit or obtains a permanent residence permit, the relevant police officer shall inform the center within thirty days from the date of such application or obtaining the permit.
